Simple Self-Defense with Michael

Are you looking for some no-nonsense ways to protect yourself from that aggressive, threatening person? On Tuesday afternoons for 8 weeks Michael Philliber, a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and member of Healthy Living OKC, will be taking eager learners through Simple Self-Defense.
