Volunteer at HLOKC!

Healthy Living OKC could not operate without our dedicated volunteers. We are proud to have 300 members who contribute their time and talent to helping others - to the tune of 30,000+ hours last year alone!

From greeting you in the lobby area and giving tours to leading many of our monthly programs to working offsite shifts at the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma.

We’re also honored to host members who gather regularly to sew, knit, or weave - to make Angel Gowns, quilts, hats, or mats - that are distributed to area nonprofits and health care organizations.

Members interested in volunteering can contact Anne Rener at anne@healthylivingokc.com or 405-470-3285.

What is The Give 5 Program?

Give 5 is a free civic volunteer program offered by Healthy Living OKC, designed to connect retirees with meaningful volunteer opportunities across the OKC metro area that align with their skills and passions.

This program supports retirees in transitioning from their "work life," which often defines their identity, to fully embracing retirement. Participants gain insight into the community's most pressing challenges and explore ways to contribute to solving these social and systemic issues.

Nonprofit partners include Wings, TEEM, Daily Living Centers, Hope Lodge, D-Dent, and more. Click below to discover more about this program!
